Adelphia Greens is a newer townhouse community of 96 homes built-in 2003. Most of the units are two bedrooms with approximately 1,600 SF of living space. Each unit includes a full basement, which many homeowners have finished into a family room or an additional bedroom. There are a few units designated as affordable housing that occasionally become available.
The community offers residents a selection of amenities, including a large lake in the center with water fountains with a waterfront large deck, and a Gazebo. A couple of outdoor activity play areas are in the community, including tennis, basketball, and playgrounds for the smaller kids.
