Adelphia Greens is a newer townhouse community of 96 homes built-in 2003. Most of the units are two bedrooms with approximately 1,600 SF of living space. Each unit includes a full basement, which many homeowners have finished into a family room or an additional bedroom. There are a few units designated as affordable housing that occasionally become available.
The community offers residents a selection of amenities, including a large lake in the center with water fountains with a waterfront large deck, and a Gazebo. A couple of outdoor activity play areas are in the community, including tennis, basketball, and playgrounds for the smaller kids.
Adelphia Greens is located just off of Adelpha Road on the southern end of Freehold. Commuters have easy access to major highways Route 9 and Route 18 there are nearby bus pickup locations for trips to NYC. There are several shopping centers and restaurants nearby and Freehold Mall is just 3 miles along Route 9.
