Avon by the Sea Villas is a condo community of 17 two bedroom homes centrally located in the downtown section of Avon. The community is layout is one L shaped building of apartment style upper/lower units. Homes are approximately 900 SF and owner have assigned off-street parking spaces. Community was built in 1972 and has had some renovations since then.
