Laurel Gardens is a cooperative community of studios, 1 & 2 bedroom units located in Eatontown, NJ. The community does allow for pets but is restricted to cats only. Community HOA fees range between $500-$700 per month but include your property taxes, heat and hot water. Laurel Gardens also have an outdoor community pool and clubhouse for residents to enjoy.

Laurel Gardens is centrally located just off Wyckoff Road and Route 36 not far from the Monmouth Mall. The community is great for commuters and close to mass transit is less than one mile from Lidl Grocery Store and many retail stores and restaurants and our favorite diner, All Seasons.
