NJ.Condos was created by the vision of David Boyd, Realtor for RE/MAX The Real Estate Leaders. David has been licensed in NJ to practice real estate since 2006 and knows how to use his online marketing skills to build real estate websites that fill a void in the Industry. 

David first created the 55+ Housing website over 12 years ago and was one of the first covering the adult community market. Since then we have helped a countless number of visitors and clients meet their real estate needs.

Now we have branched out to a bigger market of all condominiums in central NJ. The vision is to expand the website and team of professionals to cover the entire state.
